I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were large and spacious with a view overlooking the front of the hotel, but the furnishings seemed a bit tired. The service, however, was top-notch with the staff going out of their way to assist me. The location couldn't have been more perfect to explore Perugia's old town, although I did encounter an insect infestation issue in the bathroom. The dining experience was good overall, with a nice dining room and professional staff, but it didn't fully meet the standards of such hotels. Despite some drawbacks, I found value for money here.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room, although with a broken tub curtain, was spacious, stylishly decorated, and overlooked the charming courtyard restaurant. However, the delay in room servicing due to understaffing was a downside. The staff, although polite, seemed a bit uninformed at times. The central location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The dining experience, while offering a nice lunch, fell short with a limited selection. Nonetheless, the facilities were decent for a comfortable stay.
